What will my credit report read after filing bankruptcy in Houston?

The Unites States Supreme Court said that one of the primary purposes of the Bankruptcy Act is to give debtors a new opportunity in life and a clear field for future effort, unhampered by the pressure and discouragement of preexisting debt.

What appears on a credit report after filing bankruptcy in Houston?

Your credit report is substantially changed after you file bankruptcy. Late payments, past due payments, balances, unpaid bills, nonpayment, and similar words, are all removed and either replaced with the words "Included in Bankruptcy". So whatever balance you had will not show, or simply removed and not replaces with anything, as if they never existed. The three credit reporting agencies are Equifax, Experian, and Transunion.
