The Superdischarge for certain divorce decree debts.

There exists in chapter 13 what is known as the "superdischarge" for debts that arise from a divorce decree. These debts are not for any debts that are related to domestic support obligations. Domestic support obligations in bankruptcy means child support and alimony. Those debts are not discharged. What is discharged is the debts that are labeled as division of debts in a divorce decree. The discharge of these division of debts is only available in a chapter 13, not in a chapter 7.
