Driver's license reinstated through bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is very beneficial in many ways. We recently filed a case where an individual's driver's license was suspended due to being involved in an accident without insurance. We filed his bankruptcy case, listing the agency in Austin that suspended his license, as well as the other party to the accident and the other parties insurance company, and within a month of filing the case, the person received his driver's license. We did not have to wait until the case closed, although we understand it is a possibility that the license will not be returned until the case is closed.
